This insurance only provides the ability to insure for a maximim of 3 days.

If the hirer of the hall is hiring or supplying a bouncy castle, it must be supervised by a responsible adult, it must have soft fall at the open areas and use must be restricted to appropriate age groups (eg. Older and larger children should not be bouncing with smaller or younger children).

If the hirer of the hall is providing a trampoline, it must be fitted with side netting to prevent falls, there must be a one person at a time rule and it must be supervised at all times by responsible adults.

If the hall hirer has face painting or henna tattoos as an activity, the hirer is responsible to ensure they know, understand and comply with all cleaning and safety regulations are complied with. Failure to do so may render the policy void.

This Policy does not extend to cover the legal liability of any Product/Service Provider or Contractor/s you engage for your event/hall hire. It is normal practise, to obtain a copy of their Public Liability Certificate of Insurance / Certificate of Currency to ensure they have their own insurance for your event.
